We would like to inform you that parking along Ho’ohui Road is not considered off-property parking and will not exempt you from any additional vehicle fees (if applicable).

In fact, parking on Ho’ohui Road is strictly prohibited at all times as it is designated as a fire lane. Our neighbors at Kahana Ridge have kindly overlooked this matter after the Lahaina fire, and it is important for us to respect their rules and regulations. Please note that any vehicles parked unlawfully may be towed at owner’s expense.

Aloha,

Please note any ‘derelict’ type bikes will be disposed of so please make sure if you have a bike to keep it in working condition when it is stored on the bike racks throughout the property. It is the owner’s responsibility to dispose of old bikes but the AOAO BOD will conduct occasional clean-ups of these areas as deemed necessary. Please do not leave any unwanted bikes by the trash dumpsters as doing so will subject the owner to a fine per our Rules and Regulations.
